If you find the product doesn’t work after using it at least 5-8 weeks (Please make sure you’re the right candidate of IPL hair removal. Kindly note that IPL hair removal isn’t suitable for people with black skin and blonde hair. We have indicate it on our product pages.) You can return the handset and get the 100% refund.

Here is how to claim the 90 days money back guarantee:

  • You must use the product 1-2 times a week for 5-8 weeks or longer and take photos of your treatment area every week before use.
  • If there are no obvious results in hair reduction, email your 6 photos to us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will review your application.
  • All 90-day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days from the day of delivery. And the application will be reviewed within 2 business days.
  • If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
  • If approved, you will be required to send the product back to the given address. And we will refund you the product purchase price (at the time of order)to the original paying method within 2 business days, once the product has been returned to our warehouse.
  • Kindly note that once the money has been returned, it may takes 3 to 7 business days for the bank to proceed the refund.

If your product is defective and you want a replacement, please follow the instruction below:

  • Take a clear video/ Image of the defective product.
  • Email [email protected] with the evidence (photo/video) and order number.
  • Once approved, a replacement of your product will be processed within 2 business days.
